1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a full refund by returning products within 60 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following criteria:
  • Products are unused, unopened, and in their original condition—no signs of wear, damage, or tampering (unless damage occurred during shipping).
  • Original packaging is intact, including all tags, labels, and accessories (e.g., product boxes, instruction booklets for EWG Verified formulations).
  • Return requests are initiated within 60 days of delivery (please keep your delivery confirmation for reference).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request Return Authorization: Email support@attitudelivingmall.com with your order number, product name(s), and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
  2. Package the Return: Securely pack the eligible products with the original packaging (if available) and include a copy of your order confirmation or RA number. Ensure the package is sealed properly to avoid damage during transit.
  3. Ship the Return: Follow the provided instructions to send the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (we will cover return shipping for these cases—provide photos of the issue for verification).

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned package (usually within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund if the products meet eligibility requirements. Here’s what to expect:
  • Processing Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of our approval.
  • Currency & Payment Method: Refunds are issued in USD (matching your original payment currency) to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Refund Amount: You will receive the full amount paid for the returned products, excluding return shipping costs (if applicable). The free shipping benefit from your original order will not be deducted from the refund.
  • Confirmation & Bank Processing: A refund confirmation email will be sent once processed. Note that banks may take 3-7 additional business days to reflect funds in your account.

4. Exceptions & Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered by the customer (e.g., opened vegan personal care products, used EWG Verified household cleaners).
  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective).
  • Physical or digital gift cards—these are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product (e.g., wrong EWG Verified variant, damaged vegan product packaging), contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product/packaging, and a detailed description of the issue. We will arrange free return shipping and offer either a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at your choice.
